30 Days of Gratitude
**Make sure to read the main Exercises page before starting this, or any other exercise offered on this website**
Everyday, the tasks below will need to be preciously followed. The goal of this exercise is to bring you into a more conscious awareness of your daily thoughts and emotions, and help teach you how to shift them so that you can manifest the things and experiences you'd like to have. Allow yourself to have fun with this. And, allow yourself to truly participate in this from the start to the finish with a whole heart. You will be absolutely amazed at what changes in your life. All exercises shared here are the exact things I did to completely change my life. I started out homeless, jobless, carless, broke and broken. Out of nothing and no way, a way was made for me and I am more prosperous than I have even been in my life prior. No one needs to get that low to realize they have the power to chnage their life and circumstances. Everything you need is already found within. These exercise will help you discover that.
DAILY TASKS
- Write down the thing that made you feel the best, and note any sightings of your symbol (Introduced in Day 1)
- Review your Gratitude and your Amazing You list, either before bed, or in the morning (Introduced in Day 1)
- Gratitutde Morning (Introduced in Day 2)
- Gratitude for all meals and drinks (Introduced in Day 2)
- Fall asleep to grateful thoughts, or a subliminal sleep meditation (Introduced in Day 3)
- Two positive Affirmations (Introduced in Day 4)
Day: 1
Exercise: Pick your Symbol
Today, you will have the most work to do than any preceeding day's exercise. Give yourself at least one to two hours for this first exercise. You are setting the foundation for your entire experience over these next 30 days, so you need time to be able to focus.
First, write a paragraph in your journal about why you have decided to participate in this exercise, and what your expectations are. It doesn't need to be super detailed, it just needs to be say enough so you can mark your starting point. Next, create a list of five to ten things about yourself that you like and think are amazing qualities to have. This is your 'Amazing You' list. The purpose of this list is to realize that even though you may not be perfect, you are still amazing and unique in your own right. This list is to be reviewed each night before you go to bed. You need to feel good about yourself as you read the list. Feel gratitude for who you are and what you add to this world. This exercise is to help build your self-esteem as well.
Day: 2
Exercise: Gratitude
Upon waking, allow yourself to feel a sense of gratitude for the bed you just slept in. Be thankful for the matress, pillows and blankets. As you move about your morning, feel gratitude for your hot shower, your cleaning products, your lotions and styling products, your brush, your hair dryer and anything else you utilize in your morning routine. All of these things assist you in having a happy and comfortable life. Taking notice of this fact, and expressing gratitude for it will help you to have a better day. Be grateful for your towel and your clothes and shoes. Be grateful for your jacket and hot coffee. Try to allow yourself to notice, and express gratitude for as many details about your morning as possible. You can continue this exercise on your way to work as well, but you only need to put a focus on feeling gratitude for all the things that assist you in your morning routine for today.
Feeling appreciation and love is expressing gratitude. It's the feeling you are wanting. Look to the things that assist you in your morning routine with love and gratitude. Also, allow yourself to notice and feel gratitude for all the food and beverages you consume today. These things sustain you and keep you alive.
Write a list of of ten to fifteen things you are very grateful for in your life. They should be the things that make life feel good and worth living. These things should always bring a smile to your face and happiness to your heart when you think about them. What are you most grateful for? This list is also to be reviewed each night before bed. The purpose of this list is remind you, and help focus your mind on the blessings you currently do have. Overtime, it will naturally train your mind to seek the positive in all situations and people. The expression and emotion of gratitude you experience while reading the list will add to the vibrational offering of you. Feel as much gratitude and appreciation as you can for the things you've listed. Write a little bit of detail as to why you are grateful for these things.
Now, you need to pick a symbol, a symbol that you will view as your communication with the Universe. This is a wonderful idea I discovered via The Power by Rhonda Byrne. It's hard to have and believe in something when you cannot see it, nor see much evidence of magical things unfolding in your reality. Believe me, once you get your vibrational offering in a consistant place of love, gratitude and self-belief, everyday is magical. The point of the symbol is to pick something that you want the Universe to reflect back to you. It should be viewed as a sign and direct signal from the Universe when you see it. The first symbol I picked was a butterfly. Over the course of the next year I saw more butterflies than I can possibly count, and some of them showed up in the oddest ways. A butterfly even landed on me once, and refused to fly away. I suggest picking something that isn't super common, so that when it begins to become common in your reality, you will know. Write down the name of your symbol and draw it if you can. Be on lookout going foward.
Lastly, make an entry in your journal for today, and write about what happened today that felt good, or went really well for you. Spend some time really considering all the factors that went into place in order for that wonderful thing to happen for you. Feel gratitude for it and for all the people involved. The good things that happen in life are what make life feel sweet and good. The more thought time you can give to the good things that happen in your life, the more you allow for like events to show up. You will make an entry each night into your journal about the best part of your day.

Day: 3
Exercise: Fall Asleep to Grateful Thoughts and Feelings
Wake up and allow yourself to feel gratitude for your bed, pillows and so on, as mentioned in exercise 2. Even if you feel tired and you aren't excited to head to your job or wherever it is you need to be, allow yourself to take notice, and feel grateful for the comforts and blessings that greeted you this morning. Depending where you currently are vibrationally, will dictate how easy, or hard this morning exercise feels for you. The easier it is, the more feeling grateful is already naturally a part of you. The harder it is, the more you must recognize that you do not typically take notice of the simple blessings in your life.
The consistant noticing of, and appreciating the small and simple blessings in your life is what allows for greater things to come in. The entire point of 30 Days of Gratitude is to help align you to your natural state of love and gratitude. In that state you find success
Think of all the hands that went into bringing your food and beverages to you. Think of the animals if you are eating meat. Today is about recognizing and feeling gratitude for the ordinary things that keep you alive, and make your life comfortable. There is a great momentum of positive and loving energy that supports you when you realize how much goes into just sustaining your existance for one day. Feel gratitude for all of this. If you eat everyday, you are truly blessed.
You will need to repeat the noticing and expressing of gratitude each morning throughout the course of this 30 day exercise. And, you need to also recognize and feel gratitude for all of the food and beverages you consume each day. These are daily tasks. Tonight, write in your journal the thing that made you feel the best today and any sightings of your symbol. Review your Gratitude and Amazing You list. Allow yourself to appreciate and feel gratitude for the things written on your lists. Say out loud, "Thank you for this beautiful day of abundance and happiness!"
at every turn. You will begin to notice the world outside of you start to change. The reason for this is because you have changed the world within. Your entire external reality is a direct reflection of everything you are within, on a vibrational level. You have to first love and heal yourself before you can see an abundance of love and healing in the external world.
As you go about your day, be sure to keep your eyes open for your symbol. Take notice and appreciate the food and beverages you consume today. All of your food and beverage is the fuel that allows you to continue to experience reality in a pleasant way. It's much harder to feel grateful when your stomach is empty and nothing is in the fridge, than it is when you have endless food and beverage available to you. Feel gratitude for the abundance of food and clean water you consume today.
Tonight, make sure to write down the best part of your day in journal. Feel good and excited as you recount it and write it down. Write down any spotting of your symbol and the moment in which you saw it. Consider what was happening. As the days move forward, you will notice your symbol shows up as a confirmation, at the perfect time. Thank the Universe for the sign every time you see your symbol. Write down any other neat synchronicities that unfolded in your day today. Review your Amazing You and Gratitude Lists.
As you are laying in bed tonight, try to allow yourself to let go of the day and anything negative that may have happened. Let go of any worry or stress you may be playing over in your mind. Give yourself permission to let go of everything as you are drifting off to sleep. Think about how comfortable you feel in your bed and feel gratitude. Give gratitude to your body for getting your through your day. Give gratitude for your family and your friends. Express gratitude for anything you want to.
If you find it difficult to think more positive thoughts as your a trying to fall asleep, try listening to sleep music, or a sleep meditation as you are falling asleep. I have added a couple of links for excellent sleep meditations to help you raise your vibration. Listen with headphones.
Day: 4
Exercise: Positive Affirmations
Wake up and allow yourself to feel gratitude for your bed, pillows and so on, as mentioned in exercise 2. Try to look for something new you haven't noticed before. Do you love the way your shampoo smells? Do you love the way it feels right after you get out of the shower and you're clean? Are you going to eat your favorite thing for breakfast today? Was the sun shining beautifully this morning? There are endless blessings and reasons to feel gratitude around every single person, no matter their circumstance. It is a choice to take notice of your blessings and allow yourself to feel gratitude and love for what it is present in your life that feels good.
Try to spending a little more time enjoying your meals and beverages today. Appreciating how something tastes, and acknowledging your hungry has been satisfied is expressing gratitude. Your positive noticing and feeling of anything is
is expressing gratitude. Love your meals and love your beverages. They are blessings all on their own. Don't forget to keep your eyes open for your symbol as well today. When you see it, acknowledge it and feel grateful. This will surely inspire much more sightings to come.
Today, you need to pick two affirmations that you are going to start incorporating into you daily routine. The affirmations you select should be things you'd like to improve in your life. After you have selected your affirmations, write them down in your journal. Write them on a small piece of paper and carry them with you. Set them as reminders in your email so they show up at times you may not be thinking about them. Hang them on your mirror or anywhere else you might notice them. You need to make a conscious effort to say these affirmations to yourself several times throughout the day, everyday, going forward, until you have completed 30 Days of Gratitude. And not just say these affirmations, but allow yourself to feel them as if they are already true. Express gratitude for these things already being true. They will become your truth and that is why you are focusing on them now. All you truly have is right 'now'.
You can select more than two affirmations if you'd like, but I suggest starting with just two. Get yourself comfortable and used to saying positive things to yourself, about yourself. If a belief is just the same thought that you've had so often that it became your belief, than positive affirmations are to help add new beliefs of a positive natur, to your belief system. The more you love and believe in yourself, the more you uplift and heal all of humanity. We are all connected. We are all part of the same creation, but each person is unique and is intended to be here. Every person you know or will encounter is only a reflection of some aspect of your consciousness. Think about who you are today. You will not be this same person by the end of this 30 day exercise if you make the *choice* to shift your thinking and feeling into a more positive state of being. I have added some links to help you select your affirmations.

As you fall asleep, allow yourself to let go of all stresses and worry and shift your mind into feeling appreciation and gratitude for the blessings you currently have. Allow your positive thoughts to send you off into dreamland, or listen to a healing sleep meditation.
Day: 5
Exercise: For-gift-ness
Start your morning in gratitude and be mindful to appreciate all of the meals and beverages you consume throughout the day. Set an intention this morning to have an amazing day. Feel excited as if you've just received the best news of your life. Your emotions create your experiences. Make sure to say your affirmations several times throughout the day.
Most people are interested in learning about the Law of Attraction to aquire material things they want to have. The programs that offer increased money are the most popular. The importance in doing 30 Days of Gratitude first, is to set the foundation vibrationally, to receive the things you wish to have. Everything is energy and everything is vibration. You cannot receive anything you are asking for if your vibrational state of being will not allow for it. This is why many people get discouraged about the Law of Attraction and say it does not work for them. You can think about what you want all day long, but if you do not believe it could be true for you, it cannot happen.
Practicing gratitude and love help elevate your vibration and open you to new experiences and opportunities. This is why it is so important to truly participate emotionally and mentally throughout each exercise.
Today, you are focusing on forgiving yourself and allowing your emotional wounds to heal. You have to forgive yourself before you can truly forgive anyone else. You have to let go of your preceived failures and aspects about yourself you do not like. Everyone has something they hold inside about themselves that they need to let go of and forgive. You need to be as gentle with yourself as you can be, while still allowing yourself to take responsibility for all of the choices you have made. As long as you are blaming someone else, you disallow yourself to heal, learn and expand forward. You set your vibrational tone. Your vibration is what calls all experiences and people to you. As long as you blame someone else for any aspect of your life, you call forth more people and experiences to reinforce this belief within you. When you take responsibility and realize that you make every choice in your life, you expand and call forth people and experiences that will uplift and assist you as you move forward.
Are you a winner at life or are you a victim of life? I used to think I was a victim of life and eventually, life got pretty darn bad, and I was a victim. I refused to take responsibility and blamed everyone else for who I grew into. I'm not saying that life is easy, and what happens to us in youth truly seems beyond our control, but what we do about it is every bit in our control. What we do about it is what will create our future experiences. You do something about it by learning to forgive yourself, and learning to love who you are. Look at your list of aspects that are your best qualities. For every one quality about yourself that you can appreciate, there are hundreds more that you just don't see yet. Forgive yourself for the cruel things you have said to yourself. Apologize to yourself. Most of the cruddy and awful stuff we say to ourselves, about ourselves, we'd take great offense if someone else decided to say the exact same things to us. Is that not a form of insanity? What you think about yourself and say to yourself is exactly what the Universe is going to reflect back to you via the Law of Attraction.
Forgive yourself and learn to love yourself. This will change everything. There are numerous free meditations, tapping videos and so on that can help you learn to let go of all of the things that no longer serve you. Forgive yourself for hurting others, for taking advantage of others, for being dishonest and disloyal to others. We've all been those things to others at some point in our lives. Forgive yourself and ask forgiveness in return. You don't need to personally contact anyone, just ask the Universe to bring forgiveness to you, as you gift forgiveness to yourself and others.
At the end of your, write down the best thing that unfolded in your day. Emotionally relive the sweetness of the experience. Read your Amazing You and Gratitude list and feel a sense of gratitude for these things. Write down any sightings of your symbol. Repeat your positive affirmations one last time. Feel grateful for the day as you drift off to sleep.
Day: 6
Exercise: Gratitude for Your Body
Start your morning in gratitude and be mindful to appreciate all of the meals and beverages you consume throughout the day. Set an intention this morning to have an amazing day. Make sure to say your affirmations several times throughout the day.
Most of what anyone does for their body isn't because they love and appreciate their body - they do it because they do not like their body and are trying to change it. Do you eat healthy because you feel like you want to live a long time and not get any diseases, or do you eat healthy because you see your body as precious as you would see your newborn baby? When you are doing something out of negative motivation, you will still get results, you will just have to really physically effort at them. When you are doing something out of positive and loving intentions, there is a momentum that almost seems to just carry you.
Your body is a gift. Your body is the only reason you are able to experience this physical reality. Furthermore, there is far more to you than the physical body you inhabit. I like to think of my body as an expensive car. You'd never expect your car to run without oil and gas, but most of us expect our body to run without properly fueling it. You'd never put anything but gas into your gas tank, but think of all the junk you so willingly dump into your own body. We often take better care of, and have more love for our cars than do for ourselves. The only difference between my car and my body is, I can trade my car in for something new, but I can never trade my body in for a new one, not in this lifetime anyway. It's important to take care of yourself because you are motivated by loving yourself.
Have you ever noticed that many people who do a lot for others eventually tire out and get ill? Do you wonder why that is? Shouldn't selfless people have beautiful lives filled with abundance? Yes, of course they should. The problem is, most people give everything thing they have energetically to others and they do not give anything to themselves. Not only do they not give to themselves, they do not value who they are and what they are giving to this world. You have to give to yourself first, before you can truly give to anyone else. It is the only way to be self-sustaining. You will deplete and feel depressed otherwise. Decide to start exercising because you want a happy and healthy body, not because you think you are fat and you want to be sexy. Feeling or being sexy is a state of mind. It doesn't matter what type of body you have, if you don't believe you are sexy you will NEVER see yourself as sexy.
Today is about focusing on your body in a positive way and considering all it does for you. You don't tell your heart to beat or your lungs to breathe, your body just does it for you. You don't ask your brain to remember details and experiences and people, it just does that for you. If your eyes and ears work, you are blessed. If you can walk, run or dance, you are blessed. If every one of your senses is fully functional and you enjoy all the beauty in this world, you are blessed. Your body is a reflection of your soul and how you choose to perceive it is how you will see yourself physically. Don't compare yourself to others because it is impossible. You can only be yourself. You can only be who you are. There is purpose for every person. Just as you can only be you, everyone else can only be who they are.
Spend time today appreciating your body. Feel gratitude for all of the things it has allowed you to do and experience. Ask it what it needs to function better. Acknowledge the billions of cells it takes to create your physical form, and how they all work in harmony to keep you healthy and able to enjoy a full functioning life. Your body is the most precious thing you will ever own. Decide to take notice of this fact and take steps towards recognizing that every day of your life. Connecting to your body and feeling gratitude for it will change your entire perception of it. Loving and taking care of yourself sends an outward expression energetically to all.
Tonight, write in your journal the best part of your day. Relive the good feelings of that moment. Write the good feelings of that moment down in your journal. Write down any spottings of your symbol. Look at your Amazing You list and feel gratitude for your body and who you are. You are more beautiful than you realize, both inside and out. You can only see and realize aspects about yourself that you already believe as your truth. Allow your mind to expand into new truths about who you are physically and spiritually. Say your affirmations one last time and allow yourself to drift off to sleep in thoughts of gratitude. Set a positive expectation for the morning ahead.

Day: 7
Exercise: Gratitude for Your Job
Start your morning in gratitude and be mindful to appreciate all of the meals and beverages you consume throughout the day. Set an intention this morning to have an amazing day. Make sure to say your affirmations several times throughout the day. Tell your body that you love it and appreciate yourself as much as you can today.
Most people have a love/hate relationship with their job. In fact, most people's concept of why they have a job is connected to survival and money. Because of this thinking, very few people are working for themselves. I don't mean owning their own business, but holding a job or business that they truly love and enjoy being a part of. If you do what you do to draw a paycheck, you are not working for yourself. If you are not working for yourself you will find yourself unhappy, stressed out and depressed when it comes to your job. There are varying degrees to this, obviously. Whether you love or hate your job, this exercise will help you.
Today, do your best to find something about your job you are truly grateful for. Maybe you are grateful that it pays your bills and provides for all of your material needs? Maybe you have made some good friends through your job? Today, pick what you are most grateful for and really try to focus on that. Allow yourself to feel the gratitude and happiness that recognizing your blessings brings. You may currently not be in your dream job, but the job you have right now is what is taking care of your physical needs. Feel a great deal of appreciation for that. Next, think about what sort of job is your dream job. Write down as many aspects (no matter how crazy) about your job dream that you can think of.
When I was unemployed I wrote a list of 25 aspects I wanted to be present at my new job. The job I ended up getting was beyond the expectations I had when I first wrote my list. You truly can have, be or do anything you wish. You just have believe it first and acknowledge all of the blessings you currently have. Write a list in your journal, of 10 things you are currently grateful for at your current job. Reread that list several times through out the day. The more you allow yourself to feel as though your job is a happy place, filled with great experiences, you will begin to draw that to yourself. If your current job cannot provide a happy, positive and fun environment for you, a new job that can, will seemingly just pop up for you. Forget about the 'hows' and trust the process. Your job is to dream it and imagine it, and the Universe's job is to bring it and unfold it.
Find happiness in your current job and focus on the positive things it provides in your life. Remind yourself today, that just for today, you are going to only focus on these positive feelings when it comes to your job. A natural process will begin to unfold, and you will feel the pull of it and naturally follow that pull. Love your job for all of the bills it has paid for you and all of the meals it has provided for you. Your job, whether you like your job or not, has taken care of you and provided for you. That is worth noticing and expressing gratitude over. It opens you up vibrationally to better opportunities.
Tonight, write in your journal the best part of your day. Relive the good feelings of that moment. Write the good feelings of that moment down in your journal. Record any spottings of your symbol. Look at your Amazing You and Gratitude lists and feel delight as you read them. Express gratitude for your job once more as you wrap up this day. Say your affirmations one last time and allow yourself to drift off to sleep in thoughts of gratitude. Set a positive expectation for the morning ahead.
Day: 8
Exercise: Gratitude for Your Family and Friends
Start your morning in gratitude and be mindful to appreciate all of the meals and beverages you consume throughout the day. Set an intention this morning to have an amazing day. Make sure to say your affirmations several times throughout the day. Tell your body that you love it and appreciate yourself as much as you can today.
No one makes it through this life without the love and support of their family and friends. Sometimes our family is our friends. Either way, there are beautiful souls that have touched our lives, and offered us unconditional love and support. Today is about recognizing all of those who dwell within our hearts, and feeling a great sense of gratitude and appreciation for their love in our lives.
Write a list of five people that you love beyond words. Write a little bit of detail as to why you love them so much.
The people on this list are probably the most important people to you. They are blessings. They are gifts of love within your own consciousness. Acknowledge and express gratitude for what they bring into your reality. Treasure the love, the bond and closeness you experience with each and every one of them. Express gratitude for all the ways these realationships have grown you, held you, loved you, inspired you and fed your soul. The more you value those in your life, the more amazing people start to show up and give you all kinds of reasons to feel happy and grateful. Every person in your life is a direct reflection of some aspect of who you are within. If you can relate to that statement, you can begin to see who represents the various aspects of who you are. You will also discover what aspect of yourself are being refecting to others, about who they are within.
Though it's easy to appreciate and love those who have always been kind and there for us, there is another group of people that should also be recognized in gratitude. These are the people who pushed you around, made believe or think less of yourself, hurt you in some way, or made you feel depleted on some level. These kind of people are our true friends and real teachers. These people only exist in our lives because the vibration they operate on is also strongly present within our vibrational offering. Their very presence in your life is alterting you to this fact.
Most people do not wish to face the shadow side of themselves. To become totally empowered, you must realize that you are truly capable of anything - good or bad. You have the choice on how you allow your power to manifest - good or bad. If there is someone in your life that is hurtful, bullying, rude or mean, you need to look within to figure out why. They are only feedback about what is inside of you. This is why I say they are our truest friends and greatest teachers. They make us look at all the things within ourselves we do not wish to face. The only way to overcome something and release it, is to face it and accept its place within existance.
If someone is mean to you, it doesn't readily mean that you are not a nice person. Ask yourself these questions when you are trying to figure out what someone is reflecting back to you, about yourself:
1. Do I act this way towards others?
2. Do I judge someone for acting towards others in this way?
3. Do I have an insecurity about others valuing me and being kind to me?
4. Am I in a generally negative frame of mind?
What someone reflects back to you is on a vibrational match basis only. That means that various experiences and people operate on different vibrations, levels of consciousness. All the people and experiences that are vibrationally matched to your frequency can interact and participate with you. What shows up in your life is an exact match to everything you are within, but it is in physical, manifested form. Are you starting to understand why those who we tend to not like or feel negatively about are helping us out the most? They reflect what you need to heal within yourself, to manifest the things you are wanting. The way you feel and perceive the people cloestest to you, says everything about who you are within and how you feel about yourself. A lot of really amazing and giving people often find themselves surrounded by draining, unkind people. This happens because the giver does not understand how to receive. Self-worth and self-value are huge in who will be attracted into your life and the experiences you will have.
Feel gratitude for those who have always loved you and been by your side. Acknowledge them for the physical angels they truly are. Acknowledge the unseen angels in your life, that are constantly guiding you and loving you. Express gratitude to those who reflect the negative aspects of yourself back to you. They show you where you need heal so that you may expand into more. We are all friends. We are all family, even if we don't seem to know or understand that. Think about what reflection you wish to be to others. What aspect of their consciousness do you wish to shine brightly upon them? Love, family and friendship goes both ways. Just as others are something to you, you are also something to them. You decide what that something is.
Tonight, write in your journal the best part of your day. Relive the good feelings of that moment. Write the good feelings of that moment down in your journal. Record any spottings of your symbol. Look at your Amazing You and Gratitude lists and feel delight as you read them. Express gratitude for your entire family of humanity. Say your affirmations one last time and allow yourself to drift off to sleep in thoughts of gratitude. Set a positive expectation for the morning ahead.
Day: 9
Exercise: Gratitude for Mother Earth, Gaia
Start your morning in gratitude and be mindful to appreciate all of the meals and beverages you consume throughout the day. Set an intention this morning to have an amazing day. Make sure to say your affirmations several times throughout the day. Tell your body that you love it and appreciate yourself as much as you can today.
Have you ever stopped to truly marvel over Mother Earth? Have you ever considered how this one planet gives you every single thing you need to live and sustain your physical existance? Have you thought about your physical body being made of the particles of this planet? Your physical body comes from the Earth and it returns to the Earth. Your physical experience here is only part of a cycle that exists on Earth. Earth is living consciousness, and you share consciousness collectively with Earth and all of humanity while you are physically incarnated.
Today is about recognizing your connection to Mother Earth and feeling gratitude for all of the provisions provided to you by Mother Earth. She is your home in the galaxy. The consciousness of Earth is most abudant in nature. If you have trouble finding Mother Earth within yourself, just notice the flowers, sunsets, oceans, mountains and all of the varity of animals that exist on this planet. The consciousness of Mother Earth is displayed in every landscape, and within the eyes of every single creature that calls this planet 'home'.
Billions of cells make up your physical body. Billions of people, animals, insects and plants make up the cells the of Earth. Earth is a cell, among billions of others that make up our galaxy. Our galaxy is a cell, among billions of others that make up the known Universe. There is intelligent design to all things. Feel gratitude that you don't need to worry about the order of the Universe, and your part in all of this. At this time, your only concern is experience yourself physically, here on Mother Earth, assisting as one of her cells, just as all of the cells of your body have agreed to assist you. Everything you experience is a relationship of some kind and an agreement. Your acknowledgement in gratitude, allows for your connection and experience with Earth to transform.
Feel gratitude for all of thet plants, seeds, fruits, vegetables and water you consume, that is gifted to you by Mother Earth. If you eat meat, feel gratitude for the sacrifice that animal made to sustain your existance. Honor the meat you consume. Recognize the energy of that animal becomes a part of your energy when you consume it. Bless the meat before you consume it and give great honor and gratitude to the animal that provided you that meal. That animal was a physical part of the planet's consciousness. Everything is truely connected.
Take notice of all of the beautiful sights that have been completely created by nature. Thank Mother Earth for the beautiful sunsets. Thank her for the oceans and mountains, and endless varity of flowers. Notice the trees and plants and thank them for their beauty. Connect to your true mother, and feel your place in the Universe. Exercise: Gratitude Recap
Start your morning in gratitude and be mindful to appreciate all of the meals and beverages you consume throughout the day. Set an intention this morning to have an amazing day. Make sure to say your affirmations several times throughout the day. Tell your body that you love it and appreciate yourself as much as you can today.
Today is about recognizing all of the things you have consciously decided to notice and feel gratitude for over the last 9 days. The energy you put out over the last several days in gratitude and love, will be making its way back to you within the next few days, if it hasn't arrived already. It may come as a really amazing day, where everything goes perfectly for you. It may arrive in the form of healing between you and someone else. It may arrive in the form of a gift, or other surprise that makes your heart sing. The way your love and gratitude returns to you, comes in the form you are most aligned to receiving.
Over the last 9 days, you consciously aligned yourself to the vibration of gratitude and the vibration of love. The more you align yourself with these vibrations, they more they become a part of your vibrational offering aka your point of attraction. Putting deliberate focus towards love and gratitude, creates a space within your personal reality for you to receive all of that love and gratitude back, ten fold. Gratitude is truly an art. It is something that has to be acknowledged, and felt within to have any real power.
Over the last 9 days you've spent more time in gratitude than you probably ever have. You will feel the energy of that returning to you. It is important that you recognize it when it does return. It will show you the power your thoughts and emotions truly hold. You will see how you call forth all experiences and people based upon what's going on inside of you. These last 9 days have been about learning to be consciously aware of all of the blessings that already exist around you. If you've been following along with a whole heart, you should feel elevated to a new understanding of what gratitude really is and what it means for you. You will feel your connection to all things through your love and gratitude.
You've created a new momentum of energy in your reality by the exercises you've completed so far. The next step is to add more momentum to your new vortex of energy. You will do that over the next 10 excercises. Now that you've connected yourself to your emotional body of gratitude, it's time to give back to humanity, for all that humanity, Mother Earth and the Universe at large has gifted to you. Kindness is a gift. A smile to a stranger is a gift. Holding the door for someone is a gift. There are so many easy ways you can gift humanity with love every single day, and none of those ways have to cost you money. Just as the website, where this exercise is posted, is a free gift of love to humanity.
Spend some time today thinking about ways you can give back, through love. It is also time to create a new Amazing You list, and a new list of things you are grateful for. Along with new lists, it's time to pick two new affirmations. As this is the 9th exercise, and the number 9 has a vibration of completion to it, it's time to complete the old and start the new. Review your old lists and recognize how you do have new things to feel grateful about, and you have new things about yourself to feel amazing about. Anyone who would dedicate themselves to 9 exercises, solely based upon gratitude, is on their way to a consciously created, happy and abundant life. Participating in exercises like these are gifts you give to yourself, which you ultimately gift to humanity at large. These exercises are to self-improve through love and positivity, with the idea that endless potential exists within you.
You will only become what already exists within. Endless potential exists within. Seek to tap into that, opposed to seeing yourself as broken, unworlthy, or in need of saving. Seek your greatest potential. Believe it will be realized for the only purpose of being discovered by you. As you move forward, feel gratitude for your body, your job, your friends and family, your perceived enemies, Mother Earth and all of the beautiful blessings that are abundantly around you every day. Exercise: Random Act of Kindness #1
By now, you should be waking up in a more mindful state of gratitude. You can grow this morning gratitude as big as you'd like, or you can keep it as a small part of your morning routine. However big you expand it is how big it can return to you. Feeling thoughtful and grateful for the food and beverage you consume should also feel more familiar to your daily routine at this point. Allow yourself to feel love and gratitude for as many things as you possibily can. I cannot express enough the great power and momentum that exists inside the vibrations of love and gratitude. When you have that energy constantly flowing through you, you call so many wonderful experiences, opportunities and people into your reality. Gratitude and love serve you far more than the object in which you are directing those energies towards.
Today is exercise number 11. The number 11 is a Master number. If you've made it this far, you have elevated your vibrational offering.
Today's exercise is to perform a random act of kindness for someone. It can be for a stranger, or for someone you know. You can do it anonymously if you prefer. As you perform this random act of kindness, feel grateful that you are able to give back through love. Allow yourself to feel the magic of that energy flowing through you. Kindness is giving love. Kindness is giving back. What you give out must return to you. Think of the way your random act of kindness will affect more than just the person you were kind to. You will create an energy stream of kindness that will touch many.
Your random act of kindness can be anything you'd like it to be. You can do an extra chore around the house for your mate. You can buy your co-worker their coffee. You can tip your waiter or pizza delivery guy 50%, opposed to 20% Your random act of kindness can be anything you want it to be, just make it something you don't normally do. Make a new act of kindness to add to your energy stream. Make sure to note what your act of kindness was in your journal. You will want to reference it later. Thank the person for allowing you to gift them with kindness, whether you verbalize it or express it within. Thank you the Universe for utilizing you to brighten someone's day.
Even though you are the giver in this situation, your gratitude for the participation in it elevates your vibration through your emotion of gratitude. Know that you added some good into the world today and feel good about that. Not everyone is so willing to do kind things for people they know, let alone do kind things for strangers. Softening and opening your heart allows for others to more easily soften and open their hearts. You have to be the change you wish to see in the world. It can be no other way. It starts within each and every one of us. Your act of kindness will return to you.

Today's exercise is about letting someone important to you know that they are important, and why. You can text your letter, email it, hand write it, or say what you need to say in person. However you want to deliver your message of love and gratitude is up to you. Your message can be short and sweet, or longer. As you compose your message, send a lot of loving and positive energy to that person. Feel gratitude in your heart for all they have brought into your life.
The receiver of your message will probably be very surprised by your kind words. Your message will be even more pleasing because it was only composed to express love and gratitude. There is great magic found in that vibration of energy. Letting someone know that they matter, they are important and they are loved is a big deal to each and every one of us. We want to know that everyone we care about also feels that way about us in return. If you want to feel more love in your life, start gifting more love to others.
Your note can be to your child, your parent, your sibling, your mate, your friend or anyone who you feel a lot of love and gratitude for. You can write these love notes to more than one person if you wish. The point of this exercise is for you to take notice of the beautiful people that exist in your reality and express the love and gratitude you feel for them. Some of you may find yourelf struggling to do this for one person, while some of you will be writing five or ten notes. All you need to do is let one person know that they are loved by you, why they are loved by you and that you are grateful they are in your world. The more you truly begin to love and appreciate others, just as they are, the more people will come into your reality for you to love.

Today's exercise is about gifting money randomly to whoever may need it in the Universe. There are several ways you can go about this, and it's really up to you how much money you gift out through this exercise.
Money is energy just like everything else. Money can flow as abundantly in your life as air does. It's all a matter of your perception and belief system around money. Money tends to be a subject a lot of people have a great deal of resistance around. You can use loose change and coins you have, or you can use dollar bills if you'd like for this exercise. The point is to leave the money somewhere you know someone will find it. You can leave a note as the person did in the picture above, or you can write some kind words on your dollars, or you can just leave the money with no note at all.
I used to do this exercise quite often. I'd get really excited thinking about the people that were going to find the money I left for them to discover. I'd leave dollar bills, and sometimes fives in spots I knew people would find it. I'd leave it inside different areas of the post office, outside gas stations, or in parking lots at stores. I even tossed a couple of dollars into various cars that had open windows. Everytime I randomly gifted out money, I'd always feel a great sense of gratitude for being able to do that and for being able to surprise someone so randomly. I even would drop my change on the ground every time I received coins.
You don't need to go crazy like I did, I was just truly having fun with this exercise. I still randomly gift money to the Universe to this day. And, I can honestly say I found a lot of money on the ground since I began doing that. It's amazing how everything we do and give out truly comes full circle, and returns to us. Leave some dollars or coins in places you know someone will discover them. Feel really good about doing this and feel the same excitement the finder of that money will feel. I even slipped some money under the boot of a homeless guy while he was sleeping. Enjoy this exercise as much as you possibly can.

Today's exercise is about gifting out kind words to others. Even 'Thank you' and 'Have a great day' count. Today, give at least 10 compliments or recognition of service through gratitude compliments. You need to let 10 different people know something wonderful about themselves today, or compliment them through gratitude for all they do for you, or give them well-wishes. Your job today is to make 10 people know that you noticed them in a positive way today. This is a very easy and free way to give kindness and love to others. It creates a beautiful energy stream.
You can give out more than 10 compliments if you wish, but make sure to at least give a minium of 10. And, you can't just throw the compliments out there with no real emotion behind them. You have to mean it and feel it. Have no other goal than to gift these compliments for the sole purpose of uplifting those around you. Watch the reactions of those you compliment. You will see the delight in their eyes at being noticed in a positive way by another person.
As you are complimenting those around you today, take notice that the beauty you are seeing in others is the very beauty that exists inside of you. Feel grateful that you love yourself enough to notice of the beauty that exists inside others. Aside from the compliments, focus only on the good and beauty that exists inside others today. Do not allow yourself to get sucked into drama, today you are going to focus on the beauty that is within all and verbally express your noticing of it to those you wish to express yourself to. A genuine compliment feels good to receive.

Have fun with this. You are making a direct intent to partner with the Universe, to brighten someone's day or help them out. Someone who you do not personally know.
You are asking the energy that creates worlds to assist you in uplifting another, randomly. The answer will always be 'yes'. The true point of this exercise is for you to acknowledge and realize the partnership you have with the Universe, and recocgnize you are supported if you open yourself to the energy of love. Today could be the best day of your life so far, all because you asked the Universe to bring you and opportunity to uplift another. There is great magic in unconditional love that has no expectation of a return. It just acts and moves in love. Unconditional love will endlessly seek you in return.
Do not help others for the glory of the deed. Help others because you can and because it truly feels good in doing so. Feel grateful for all of the blessings you have and consider how much you truly have to share. Everything you give returns to you. You do not need to fear not having enough. That is the thinking that keeps you in a vibration of lack. Focus on there always being enough. Feel grateful for the abundance you already have. Share what you can with those who have only allowed a little bit of abundance in their world. Share what you know about how to have a more abundant life if they ask you. Be kindness and love to everyone you meet.

Today's exercise is about truly forgiving and letting go, through kindness and love. Every painful experience or relationship has taught you something. It has expanded you beyond what you previously where. "The wound is where the light enters." Rumi.
Light is knowledge. Sometimes we need to experience certain people and events to open us up wide enough to grow into the knowledge and wisdom we seek on a soul level. Nothing happens by accident.
Write down the names of the people you need to forgive the most. Do not write more than five names. Write down next to their name what you are for-gift-ing them for. Next, consider what part of yourself called forth the experience you are now working towards forgiving. Look through a new perspective to see what this person or situation could have been gifting you. What part of yourself do you need to heal on a vibrational level to ensure a person or experience such as this does not manifest again?
Once you truly let go and forgiven someone, you will realize that your pain was never truly about them or what happened. If someone took advantage of you, lied to you, stole from you or cheated on you, it doesn't mean you act in these ways or even that you deserve these things to happen to you. But, they are manifesting in your reality for a reason, and you are that reason. Almost always it comes down you sub-conscious belief system about your value and your worth. Value or worth that stems from the ego and fear is not on a positive vibration. You have to recognize the value of yourself on a soul level. We are empty blackholes seeking love and affection from everyone outside of ourselves. It is not until we go within and start loving ourselves and giving ourselves the attention and love we seek, that we begin to feel fulfilled.
True happiness is never found in someone else. No one has the ability or power to make you happy. It is your choice how you react and emotionally handle the events that unfold in your life. The more you are complimenting yourself, noticing your own genius and truly loving who you are, the less and less ugly, negative events and people unfold in your reality. You've got to make the first step and become what you seek. Forgiveness to those you feel have hurt and wronged you will only free you. The negative thoughts and emotions you feel return to you as easily as the good and loving emotions and thoughts you feel. In every heartache is a great lesson. The lesson is not learned until you've allowed yourself to heal. True healing begins when you make the *choice* to forgive and let go of what hurts you.
Forgiving doesn't mean the other person's behavior is excused, or that you should allow them to be closely in your life. Forgiveness means you are not longer going to give your energy to the negative emotions that person or situation triggers within you. You accept what happened and what is, and you are looking forward through optimistic eyes. Believe good things are happening for you because they are. Forgive yourself and others so that you may be free. Spend today saying, "I forgive myself and others, and I am free." Say this many, many times today and really feel it in your heart. Cry if you need to. Just let it all out and release it with love back to the Universe. Feel as grateful as you can for the experience, and seek the lesson and gift that is found within your pain.

Today's exercise is about sending positve thoughts, love and kind intentions to someone you know who may be going through a hard time. See them receiving the solution they need to the circumstance they are facing. See them succeeding and overcoming their challenges.
When you focus your positive energy towards another person, you are adding to the momentum of their positive energy.
Energy healers understand the concept of this. No one can heal us but ourselves. A Reiki doctor is only working with the energy that is already present within you. When you send loving prayers and positive thoughts to another, they can only impact that person if they are open to receiving your well-intended energetic help. I always end my prayers for others with, "I gift this energy of healing and love if (person's name) is open to receiving it. If they are not open at this time, then I gift it to their higherself for when they are ready to receive it."
As well-intended as our prayers are, the person you are praying for must be open to receiving your prayers and support. Furthermore, you must always see them in the outcome, or receiving the solution they need. If they are ill, see them as vital and full of life. If they are experiencing a lack of money, imagine them receiving a windfall of cash. Always focus your prayer thoughts on the positive outcome or solution that is needed. Feel the emotion you would feel knowing they received the very outcome to their situation they needed. Always see the solution and end result in prayer. This sets a very clear intention on what is being asked for. When you vibrate between having a problem, and then bounce over to the solution, and then back to the problem, it creates an imbalance of energy. Always see the solution in prayer.
Think about the person you are praying for, and with all of the love in your heart, see them, and hold them in highest possible light you are capable of. Do not join them in their problem, hold the space vibrationally for them to realize the solution they need. It's a different concept to praying, but I promise you it is far more effective. Thank the Universe for this person finding the perfect solution to their situation. Feel gratitude for being able to assist in big ways, just by holding positive thoughts for someone else.

Today's exercise is another form of random acts of kindness. Postit notes will work the best for this exercise. Write something kind on 10 Postit notes. Make sure you write something different on each Postit. Hang five of your notes in various parts of your home for those you live with to find. Take the other five notes and place them in random spots at your job, or somewhere outside where others will easily see them. If you live alone, then place all 10 somewhere outside of your home.
You could put these notes on your neighbor's doors or cars. You decide what you want to write on each one and where you want to put it. The notes should be simple, yet uplifting and inspiring. Things like "You are beautiful" or "You are amazing" are simple, yet good-feeling and inspiring. Feel the energy of love as you write your notes out. You are truly gifting your love to the world by doing this. This is such a small thing, but it impacts others in a huge way. Uplifting others, and knowing you are adding something beautiful to this world is the best way to feel good about who you are. You are choosing to change youself within, to help create a better world for all. This is the best gift you can ever give anyone including yourself.

It's time to create new Amazing You and Gratitude lists, as well as, choose two new affirmations. You are nearly finished with this 30 day progam. The first ten exercises were to get you into a more aware, and consistant state of gratitude. Exercises 11 - 19 have been about bestowing your kindness and love onto others in a more focused and intentional way.
The last ten exercises will be about manifesting your dreams and desires into reality. Gratitude for the blessings you already have and the blessings on their way, kindness to yourself and others, and loving yourself and others are the vibrational foundation needed to begin consciously creating your reality. Aside from gratitude, kindness and love, we have also touched on forgiveness and releasing sub-conscious beliefs that no longer serve you. Everything is connected. It's important to get yourself in a good place emotionally and mentally before you begin consciously creating your reality.
"What you seek, is seeking you" Rumi. You can have, do or be anything you wish. The greater you feel about yourself and the world you live in, the easier it is to believe all things are possible. It all truly begins inside of you. Rome wasn't built in a day, so you need to give yourself, and this process time to fully manifest. If you have been following each exercise, you are surely experiencing a series of neat, and unexpected things suddenly unfolding for you. Notice every single thing that goes your way or makes you happy. It is time to fully allow all of the beautiful and loving energy you gifted to the Universe, to return to you ten fold. These last 10 exercises are going focus on your dreams, wishes and desires. You have prepared your vibrational foundation. You have learned the art of gratitude and energetic power it holds. You have learned about love and kindness, and how those energies create in your life. This is now the time to have deliberate, focused intention on something you want to obtain or achieve.
I'm all about dreaming big, but for this exercise, I want you to pick a want or desire that is just slightly outside the edge of what you believe is possible for you. It needs to be just enough out there so that you will feel wowed when it unfolds, but it shouldn't be something so far out there, that it requires a complete shift in consciousness to acheive or obtain it. You've just learned to crawl, now it's time you learn to walk. If you practice some of what you've learned through these exercises, and you truly believe you are the creator of your reality, you will continue to expand long after you have completed this program.
Write a list of ten wishes. The top 5 are the 'out there' wishes, and the bottom 5 are the slightly 'out there' wishes. Look at your list after you've completed it. Every thing you want can happen, as long as you are not trying to control the freewill of another. If you still do not believe this is true, at least allow yourself to understand the concept of the idea of it. Everything unfolds as it should, in perfect timing. There are so many things I wanted to experience and have. At times, I'd get really depressed and sad when timeframe I anticipated did not unfold. But, what I learned is, the things I want always unfold eventually. Some of those things are pretty life changing. Had they unfolded at any point sooner than they had, I would have missed other experiences and people that were part of the journey and worth experiencing.
We think we will feel better obtaining all of the material items we think we want. When I got a really great job, and a great new home, and a brand new car, and money started to just literally fall out of the sky for me, I realized how little those things felt in comparission to the journey that led to the unfoldment of those things. True richness and wealth come from emotional richness within. When you truly realize you can literally have anything you want and that you do not need to suffer on any level, what you desire the most begins to change. Most of us are stuck in survival mode, and we are chasing a paycheck just live a decent life. When that is how your consciousness is focused, you can only get more of that kind of life. These exercises are designed to help shift your consciousness to a new focus, so that you may begin to create a new experience for yourself.
Pick one dream/wish from your bottom 5. Today, focus on the idea of what that dream or want coming true for you would mean. Allow yourself, as best as you can, to feel the exact emotions you would feel by that dream or want coming true. Marindade in that space for awhile. Send gratitude to the Universe as if it is already true. Spend your entire day believing this is now your truth. At the end of the day, let the dream/want go. Hold no more expectation or thought about it. You have made a clear intention on what you are asking for. Let it slip from your hands and fly away so the energy can return to you in physical, manifested form.
Once you have added enough energetic momentum to a dream within your heart, it will always be a part of you until you achieve it...whether you achieve it in this life, or the your next. Your belief in yourself and your belief in your dreams is what gives life and physical form to them. Believe anything is possible, and believe you can achieve the impossible.

There is a good reason why advertisers insert subliminal programming into commercials and ads. There is a real science behind this. Just as subliminals can make you feel or believe you need a certain product, you can use them to rewrite old programming within your sub-conscious that no longer serves you. Subliminals are an excellent tool to help with this.
It took awhile to feel comfortable about the usage of subliminal programming because you honestly don't know everything that is contained within them. I've added a , for audio/visual subliminals I have personally used. Whether it's self-esteem, or your finances you wish to improve, you can use subliminals as a tool to help you. I also recommend researching subliminals in general. The more you know, the more aware you are.
Most of the subliminals tell you to watch the video twice a day, for 30 days. I honestly have never been able to do that. I cannot go that long, watching the same thing twice a day. I can usually make it about two weeks at a time. If you are just using audio subliminals, then feel free to listen to those often as you'd like to. I used to listen to those while I worked. Your sub-conscious mind records everything. Positive subliminals purify the negative content contained within your sub-conscious. They do help and I did see a difference in my reality after using them. Browse the samples via my link, and do you own search via Youtube. There are endless free videos for meditation, subliminals and many other tools that help you to elevate your vibration.

Today's exercise is about assisting others in making their dreams come true. The best thing you can ever do for anyone, is to believe in them and believe in their dreams. It's ok if their dreams wouldn't work out for you, you're not dreaming that. Allow those you love to dream their own dreams, and support them emtionally and vibrationally.
Think of 5 friends or family members who haven't achieved a dream of theirs. Picture each one of them making their dreams turn into reality. Feel excitement in your heart. Feel gratitude that you get to be a part of their magic moment in time. See yourself congratulating them. Envision the entire moment, with as much detail as you possibly can. Try to spend at least one minute on each person. If you want to go longer than that, feel free. As you go about your day, picture them achieving their dreams several more times.
We help ourselves by helping others, and we help others by helping ourselves. When you feel excited for someone, and gift loving and positive energy towards their dream, you call forth great energy from the divine. The momentum of that divine energy will support you, and the person you are wishing to assist. You may even find your dream, and their dream, unfold at the exact same time. The Universe is filled with beautifully, perfectly-timed synchronicities.

Today's exercise is about choosing to love those who you feel have wronged you in some way. The truth is, everyone in your life reflects some aspect of who you are, back to you. Most anyone who would be doing an exercise like this would not treat others badly, or wrong them in the ways they believe they have been wronged. Your enemies are only feedback to the dysfunction that exists within your own consciousness. When you truly love yourself, you will have no enemy.
The only enemy you truly need love and forgive is yourself. That may seem like a crazy idea to you, but it is the truth. As I mentioned earlier, you can tell yourself that you are worthless, ugly, fat and so on, all day, every day. The moment another person outside of you begins to tell you those exact same thoughts you've had of yourself, you will lash out emotionally. You will find yourself offended and hurt. You will question how they can be so mean and cold, and say such awful things to you. The problem is, they have only told you one time, the very things you've told yourself, about yourself, countless times. The external source that brings you the negative feedback about who you are, is only reflecting what already exists within you. How is the external source mean and cruel, but you are not? The external source could never reflect such ugly and negative things back to you, if you didn't already really believe these things as truths about yourself.
Everyone we encounter is a just a messenger, delivering feedback to us about who we are within. The dysfunction within society is only a collective reflection of all of the dysfunction that exists within much of humanity. The moment you decide to take responsibility for the thoughts you think and the emotions you entertain, you shift the balance of that collective dysfunction. We are all in this together. When you control your emotions and thoughts, and focus your energy towards a more loving, kind, safe and abundant world for all, we are all one step closer to that becoming the collective reality for all.
Learn to love yourself. Get to know who you really are, deep down within. Decide to let get of your insecurities, fears, disapointments and failures. When you see something awful on the news that some person has done to another (highly recommend never watching the news again) consider what aspect of yourself you still may need to heal. Don't worry about what other people are doing. Do not judge them. Remember, they are ONLY feedback. If you see a story about a serial killer, it doesn't mean you kill other people, or want to. It means that you kill parts of yourelf within, your dreams, and your hopes. You possibly do no allow yourself to achieve success, thus the serial killer represents this personal destruction. Heal yourself, to heal others. Look at others today, only searching for feedback they are delivering to you, about you.
Truly being able to understand all of this, and put it into constant motion takes time. No one in your reality is there by accident. That awful and annoying coworker is also feedback to some aspect of who you are. Ask the Universe to asist in showing you what is being reflected back to you if you don't readily understand. You are never being punished, you are only receiving feedback about everything that is going on inside of you. It is worth taking the time to understand what all of the this means. There are tons of resources on this website to help bring this concept into better focus. There are also many excellent, and free resources via the internet as well.
Forgive yourself entirely and wholely. Give yourself the room for error, because making a mistake is the only way you truly learn. No one succeeded their first time, at anything at a pro level. Even the most natural talents and gifts need tuning and developing. It's great to read about other's success stories, but you get the real information about who they are by reading about the journey it took for them to reach the success they now have. The harshest conditions seem to produce some of the greatest talent the world has ever known. Living through contrast and painful experiences is not fun, but there is magic found in those experiences if you see yourself as a champion, who made it through. Believe in who you are today, and forgive who you once were. Who you once were didn't know everything the person you are now does.
Forgive yourself and others, and you are free. Forgive thy enemy (your shadow reflection) and you are free. What has been done cannot be undone, but imagine what you can do with what you know now. Let the past be and decide to no longer exist there. Exist now, and create future experience with love and gratitude. For-gift-ness is a gift you give to yourself. Let it all go so you can live, REALLY live.

Today's exercise is Rhonda's Bryne's, Magic Check! There is a link to the check for you to print your copy. This is a really fun exercise and it does work. I handed these out to several of my coworkers. Every single one of them started receiving money in unexpected ways. I would start off with an amount that you believe is possible to just somehow show up in your life. Start with 1k - 20k. The amounts in that range are believable for most people. Follow the instructions on The Secret website about what to do with the Magic Check. After you receive your money, print off a new check and write in a larger amount, maybe 50k - 100k this time.
Money is only energy like everything else. A lot of people have a great deal of resistance when it comes to money and abundance because of their belief systems. If you always feel like there is a lack of money and never enough, you are going experience more of that. After something has been part of our reality for so long, it's very hard to believe it can be any other way. It can change, if you believe it can. I really liked the idea of unexpected checks showing up in the mail. I've thought about how exciting it is and so on. I'm happy to say that I have received several unexpected checks in the mail since I began feeling good about the possibility of that happeneing. Some of the checks I received came to me in the oddest of ways as well. Believe me, the unexpected can and does happen.
Have fun with exercise and consider watching some money subliminal videos over the next couple of days or weeks. Have an expectation that the amount of money you wrote on your check, or greater, will come to you. How no expectation of how or when, just *KNOW* it will come.

Exercise: I Allow My Dreams to Manifest into My Reality

Today's exercise is another easy one. Look at your list of Dreams/Wishes in exercise 21. Feel good about those things, and feel excited knowing they are on their way. Believe they are on their way, because they are! Repeat this affirmation at least 100 times today: "I allow myself to receive and realize all of my dreams, wishes, wants, desires, abundance and solutions."
There is no need to view your other lists, or say your other affirmations today. Just experience the entire day in utter gratitude. Look for anything that will make you smile, or tantilizes your senses in a wonderful way. Feel a great deal of love and belief as you say your affirmation. You can speak it out loud, or say it within your mind. The more important thing is that you truly feel it. Allow yourself to fall asleep to thoughts of gratitude for every single blessing you can recall about your day. Think about the best part of your day and express thanks to the Universe for partnering with you on such a lovely experience.
Day: 28
Exercise: Relax
Think about everything you've learned, and see how naturally you are finding yourself expressing gratitude within, for your meals and beverages. Really connect to yourself today and how far you've come from the first exercise.
Spend this day however you wish. Enjoy the day. Relax. Meditate. Reflect.
Day: 29
Exercise: Day of Gratitude
From the moment you wake up, to the moment you fall asleep today, you need to intentially be on the lookout for things to be grateful for. Really enjoy your shower and your entire morning routine. Express as many 'Thank you's as you possibly can today. Really mean it and feel it as you express it. Gratitude for everyone and everything.
Tomorrow is the final day of this exercise. Think of today as the day to put every single thing you've learned throughout this program into use. Start making your dreams and desires into reality. Start becoming the person you want the world to be abundant in. It all starts with you.

Day: 30
Exercise: Recap of Last 30 Days
If you've followed each exercise, for the last 29 days, you should totally be seeing a difference in your reality, even if just slightly. You've changed your point of attraction and reaility is going to continue to improve for you. Continue to be grateful as you have been. Say kind words and compliment others often. Notice the beauty that is all around you, and recognize the small blessings that are a part of your day, everyday.
Your exercise for today is to read everything you've been writing in your journal over this last month. The first page was your starting point, how differently do you feel now? How do you feel recounting the best part of each day, over the last 30 days? How many things on your dream list have unfolded? Has any unexpected money shown up? Where are you now, in relation to where you were when you began this process? You should feel really proud of yourself for sticking with this for the entire 30 days.
Now that you have solidly established your vibrational basis, you can move onto more specific exercises if you wish. Do you want to focus more on being abundant in money? Do you want to improve your current romantic relationship, or find a new relationship in general? There are other exercises offered on this website to help focus you towards a more specific goal. There is truly no end to what you can accomplish and manifest for yourself. These last 30 days have only been the first steps, the beginning of your journey. The joureny is eternal.
I hope by now you have recognized the great power and endless potential that exists inside of you. If you haven't already, I highly recommend that you watch The Secret. It presents information about the Law of Attraction into a format that is easily understood. You never stop learning and expanding. You will never be able to know it all in one lifetime. Focus yourself to where you truly wish to be and focus your mind towards all the things that interest you the most. Energy flows where attention goes. Love who you are so that everyone can love you. You will make all of your dreams true.
