Exercises for Self-improvement and Success

All exercises are designed to help lead you into a more positive and gracious frame of mind in a natural way.  The effect of a more positive and gracious mind is a happier, more abundant and magicl life. The mind is truly everything.  You need to understand that belief is the basis of every exercise offered here.  Most people look to self-improvement as means to obtain things they'd like to have.  Physical manifestation is the final result of our thoughts and emotions.  You need to be balanced within to be consistantly successful and happy in your life experience.  

 

After you have completed the main 30 day exercise, move onto the other, more specific exercises if you wish.  The whole-hearted participation in the main exercise will truly be enough to change many aspects of your current reality and future experiences.  If you'd like to put deeper focus on specific areas of your life upon the completion of the main exercise please do so.  But, do the main exercise first.  It builds the foundation for all of the other exercises.

Consistent gratitude pulls you towards your happiness, your abundance, your dreams and your inner awareness. It is the vibration of gratitude that creates the momentum needed for success and happiness. It elevates you into a vibrational space where previously locked doors are now found to be open. Gratitude and love go hand in hand. Belief in yourself is just as important. Believe it or not, your thoughts and your emotions are the colors that have created your reality up to this very point.  Learning to control you thoughts and emotions is the key to becoming the master of yourself and of your destiny,  Life is truly supposed to be fun most of the time, and it can be.

You need to understand that you are a vibrational being.  The thoughts you think and the emotions you feel create waves of energy, Science has proven this.  Positive thoughts and emotions attract positive circumstances, people and events into your personal reality.  Negative and fear-based thoughts and emotions attract unwanted, unpleasant and stressful events, people and circumstances into your personal reality.  For most people, it will feel like a chore to move themselves towards a more positive mental and emotional state of being.  Most people do not realize how many of their thoughts and emotions are of a negative or fear-based nature until they actually put genuine effort into being in a positive mindset.  The harder, or unnartural these exercise initially feels for you, should be viewed as your indicator of how much you are not in a positive state of being most of the time. Allow it to show you the distance you must travel within, to obtain a more prosperous, happy and successful life experience without.  It is only feedback about what you must change in order to obtain all the things you are truly seeking. The main exercise is designed to help start you on that journey, and show you how much seems to magaically change the more you feel happy, grateful and positive about life.  Feel Gratitude as you take each step

As we are pulled towards what we seek through the vibration of gratitude, we are shaped and changed along the way. We are groomed and prepared to receive what it is we are asking for. Often, the grooming and shaping is uncomfortable and we feel as though we are being punished, or we have been handed a raw deal. Just as the athlete must intensely train his/her body to be successful, you also must be intensly focused upon your vibrational offering to be success in all areas of life. Everything and every dream has a gestation period before it can bloom and become realized. You must first, internally become all that which you seek. Those things can then be experienced in your external reality because you have vibrationally aligned to them within. Nothing is without that isn't already within. You align by holding your emotional and mental bodies in balance long enough for the manifestation sought, to become realized by you.  These exercise will help you to see this is the truth about reality: you far more powerful, and are in far more control of the experiences you have and the circumstances you currently find yourself in, than you have ever allowed yourself to realize.  You are a creator and collective co-creator.  These exercise will help you discover this truth about yourself and the power you contain within.
